Bituach Yashir, a leading Israeli insurance provider, sought to revolutionize their mobile app's home page. The project aimed to create a central hub that simplified navigation and enhanced feature accessibility. The challenge
As part of their customer loyalty program enhancement, Bituach Yashir wanted to expand communication capabilities through the homepage. The goal was to allow users to check their club status and receive personalized offers. Previously, the homepage only showed insurance status and quick shortcuts, with limited customer interaction confined to an underutilized personal mailbox area. The solution
We redesigned the homepage to feature three key components at the top: an expandable Club section showcasing membership status, an Updates component for categorized notifications, and an Ad section for personalized insurance product offers. We transformed the Actions and Services area into a tabbed interface with personalized options, introduced a condensed Services gallery on the homepage, and refreshed the insurance status cards with progress bars and status tags. This comprehensive redesign significantly improved user engagement and streamlined the app experience.
